I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, situated right next to the train station and only a short 15-minute walk to the cable car station. It made accessing the ski slopes and exploring the mountains incredibly convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. I especially loved the comfortable sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the stunning views of the surrounding nature. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. It provides enhanced comfort and luxury, along with a wide range of facilities and services.

Great location, very relaxing vibe, and friendly staff. the spa was spacious, and we never felt crowded despite the hotel being full. the nearby train station was a big plus, and we could easily access different parts of the city. Breakfast had an enjoyable variety of options.
Some rooms had no mountain views, and the bathroom could get a bit cold without heating. the Wi-Fi was sometimes slow during the day.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the train station and close to the cable car station. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and go skiing. The staff at the hotel were friendly and made us feel welcome. We especially enjoyed the spacious spa facilities, which were never crowded and provided a relaxing experience.
That the bathroom in our room had no heating, so it was quite cold. the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit slow during the day, but improved at night when other guests were not using it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just next to the main train station, super convenient for me. It was also only a short 15-minute walk to the Nebelhorn cable car station, making it really easy for me to get out to the ski slopes. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa, really spacious and never felt crowded, even when the hotel was full.
Nothing to complain about at all.
